Richard McCoy,
President
Richard H. McCoy has over 35 years experience in the investment industry. From May 1997 to October 31, 2003, Mr. McCoy was Vice-Chairman, Investment Banking at TD Securities. Prior to joining TD Securities in 1997, Mr. McCoy was deputy Chairman of CIBC Wood Gundy Securities. Mr. McCoy brings vast experience to the board as he is also a director of Uranium Participation Corporation, Aberdeen Asia-Pacific Income Fund Ltd., Chorus Aviation Inc. and Pizza Pizza Royalty Income Fund.
