Equity Portfolios
For
International Equities, the firm focuses on the large
multinationals, which have demonstrated global leadership in their
sector and which have a minimum of US $1 billion of market capitalization.
These companies have consistent growth records, high returns on
invested capital, dominant market positions in the world, or in
their region of the world and strong balance sheets to reduce
financial risk. The investment approach targets international
companies which benefit from economies growing
at a rate higher
than North America and allow for participation in core industries
that may not have
a North American presence. The focus is on non-cyclical
growth companies within those countries offering a significant
export advantage.
